Waivers
How to content tab: text, version, and signee fields
On Content, set the waiver title, version, body text, and consent statement. Body text uses the rich-text editor so you can format headings and lists. Signee fields control what each person provides when they sign. Each field can be required, optional, or not asked. You can reorder fields, add custom fields (text, number, checkbox, or select), and remove custom fields.

- Title is what staff see in the template list and what guests see on the signing page.
- Version is a label such as 1.0 so you can tell revisions apart.
- Typical signee fields include name, email, date of birth, and signature.
- Keep required fields short on mobile — extra questions lower completion rates.
Tips
- Assign each high-risk item its own template so the legal text matches the activity.
- Use automatic reminders 24 hours before the booking so unsigned guests finish before they arrive.
- Preview the signing page on a phone before you go live — most guests sign on mobile.
