Filters and how to use them

The Filters panel helps narrow the schedule when the team is handling a specific operational question. You can filter by item, booking status, and payment status, which keeps the page focused when there are many bookings or many active items.

  • Use the Item filter to isolate one experience instead of viewing all items together.
  • Use booking status filters when staff only want to focus on certain operational states.
  • Use payment status filters to separate paid bookings from unpaid or pending ones.
  • Use Reset All in the filter panel when the view starts feeling too narrow or confusing.

Tips

  • Use Slot view for hands-on operational changes and broader views like Item or Asset when you need planning context.
  • Choose closures for recurring or date-range shutdowns and slot blocks for one-off operational holds.
  • Keep item durations accurate, because schedule overlap logic and open time options depend on them.
  • Review schedule filters before concluding a slot is missing; the booking may simply be filtered out.
