- List view is best when staff want a simpler booking-by-booking reading view instead of the calendar-style layout.
- Item view groups availability by item so teams can compare item schedules side by side.
- Asset view focuses on resources and availability by asset, which is useful when inventory is constrained by rooms, boats, gear, or other physical resources.
Tips
- Use Slot view for hands-on operational changes and broader views like Item or Asset when you need planning context.
- Choose closures for recurring or date-range shutdowns and slot blocks for one-off operational holds.
- Keep item durations accurate, because schedule overlap logic and open time options depend on them.
- Review schedule filters before concluding a slot is missing; the booking may simply be filtered out.
