How to members tab
Members is the enrollment roster. Search by member name, plan, email, or enrollment. Export as downloads CSV, Excel, or PDF. Filters include status (active, past due, expired), source (POS or booking site), auto renew, and billing frequency. Columns include Member, Membership, Number of visits, Status, Billing, Next renewal, Source, Revenue, and Actions.

- Active means the membership is in good standing. Past due means a renewal payment failed or is outstanding. Expired means it ended or was cancelled.
- Number of visits shows usage against the plan’s visit allowance.
- Next renewal is when the next automatic charge is expected if auto renew is on.
- Revenue is what has been collected for that enrollment.
- Cancel (on active or past-due rows) ends the membership immediately, stops auto-renew billing, and can send a cancellation email.
Tips
- Turn the program Active only after at least one plan has a clear price, interval, and catalog assignment.
- Keep booking-site plan descriptions short; staff and guests should be able to explain the perk in one sentence.
- Review past-due enrollments with Payments so a failed renewal is fixed or cancelled instead of leaving access unclear.
