How to cancellations and customer accounts
Staff cancel from the Members tab. Guests can also cancel from a membership cancel link when that flow is enabled for customer accounts. Cancelling does not delete the enrollment row — status becomes expired so you keep history. Failed renewals show as past due until the payment succeeds or the membership is cancelled.

- Confirm before cancelling; access ends immediately.
- Customer profiles and booking checkout can show the guest’s current membership status when customer accounts are on.
- Deleting a plan is separate from cancelling members — delete a plan only when you no longer need that product.
Tips
- Turn the program Active only after at least one plan has a clear price, interval, and catalog assignment.
- Keep booking-site plan descriptions short; staff and guests should be able to explain the perk in one sentence.
- Review past-due enrollments with Payments so a failed renewal is fixed or cancelled instead of leaving access unclear.
