How to set item schedule and pricing

Schedule and Pricing
This tab is what makes the item bookable. Create at least one schedule, then complete Pricing Setup. Optional private pricing and dynamic pricing sit on the same tab.
- Create schedule defines when the item can be booked (days, times, booking mode). Available schedules lists each named schedule so you can edit or remove it.
- Spots controls how many people or units a session can take.
- Pricing Setup chooses the pricing model: Per ticket type (per person), Flat Rate, Minimum plus per ticket type, Per Hour, Per 24 Hour, or Tiered Pricing.
- Private Pricing is an alternate price list for private or buyout bookings when you enable it.
- Dynamic Pricing adjusts the base schedule prices by percent or amount for selected dates, days, or ticket types. Each dynamic row must match a price from Schedule and Pricing.
Tips
- Create the schedule and pricing before you turn on Visible on booking site, or guests will see an item they cannot actually book.
- Use categories that match how you want the booking site to filter (tours vs classes vs rentals).
- Override deposit only on items that need it; organization-wide deposit lives in Payment Settings → Payment Methods.
- Keep public titles and photos guest-facing. Internal tags belong in Organization, not in the title.
