How to sync an external calendar

Also on the Settings tab, External Calendar Sync publishes an iCalendar feed so Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook can show bookings without a two-way integration.

Sync these bookings: All items, or Single item (then pick the item).
Generate Feed URL creates a private feed link. Copy it into any calendar app that accepts iCalendar URLs.
Treat the URL like a secret. Anyone with the link can read the selected bookings.
This is a one-way feed. It does not replace Google Calendar OAuth sync under Integrations.

Tips

Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
