How to set venue closures

Closures sit on Identity and Locale below locations. Use them when a venue or specific items should not be bookable for a period — holidays, weather, private buyouts, or maintenance.

Closures sit on Identity and Locale below locations. Use them when a venue or specific items should not be bookable for a period — holidays, weather, private buyouts, or maintenance.

Choose which items the closure applies to.
Set a description so staff know why the dates are blocked.
Set from date, end date, optional start and end times, and days of the week.
Closures hide or block those times on the public booking site as well as on the operator schedule.

Tips

Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
