On Identity and Locale, choose who pays the 3% platform fee. This choice appears on checkout, invoices, and the booking site.
- Business absorbs fee: guests pay the listed total. The 3% platform fee is deducted from your payout.
- Pass fee to customer: a 3% platform fee is added on top of the total at checkout.
- This is separate from Stripe or Square processing fees and from any taxes or service fees you configure under payment settings.
Tips
- Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
- Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
- Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
- Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
