How to set up formatting

The Settings tab (labeled Settings in the tab bar) controls how the operator app looks and how dates, numbers, and policies behave for guests.
- Theme Mode switches light and dark appearance for staff in the product.
- Date Format, Time Format, Number Format, Currency Format, and First Day Of The Week change how values render in the operator app and on guest-facing dates.
- Currency format previews using your default currency so you can see $12.34 versus other symbol placements before you save.
Tips
- Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
- Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
- Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
- Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
