- Account status Active turns customer accounts on. Deactivate turns them off.
- Require customers to use customer accounts when booking asks guests to log in when they arrive at the booking page.
- Allow customers to reschedule from their account, cancel bookings from their account, and cancel active memberships from their account.
- Those self-service switches are disabled while accounts are deactivated.
- When accounts are on, Customers → profile can provision a login and send password reset email.
Tips
- Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
- Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
- Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
- Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
