How to what the Customers page shows
Open Customers from the sidebar to land on a searchable table of guest records. Each row is a customer you can open, filter, export, or delete. If the list is empty, the page explains that the directory fills as bookings are created and offers a path to Bookings so staff can start taking reservations.

- Search matches name, email, and phone.
- Create customer opens a registration modal for walk-in or phone guests who do not have a record yet.
- Filters, Columns, and Export As work the same way as on Bookings and Payments.
- The list is scoped to the active location in the top bar.
Tips
- Search by phone when a guest cannot remember which email they used at checkout.
- Keep tags short and consistent (VIP, Birthday, Corporate) so Filters stay useful.
- Turn on customer credit in payment methods before expecting the Credit column to matter.
- Enable customer accounts in General settings if you want Create customer account and password reset to appear.
