What each customer row means
The table is built for both front-desk lookup and marketing review. Default columns show identity and engagement; extra columns can be turned on when a team needs account or spend detail.
- Customer ID is the display ID used across bookings and participants.
- Name and Email are the primary contact fields used for confirmations and account login.
- Credit shows store credit when customer credit is enabled in payment methods.
- Last visit, Total bookings, and Spend summarize how often the guest books and how much they have paid over time.
- Tags can include custom labels plus membership tags such as Member when a plan is active.
- Phone, Average spend, and Account status are optional columns. Account status distinguishes guests with a customer account from guests who only appear on bookings.
- Actions includes Delete for removing a record when it should no longer stay in the directory.
Tips
- Search by phone when a guest cannot remember which email they used at checkout.
- Keep tags short and consistent (VIP, Birthday, Corporate) so Filters stay useful.
- Turn on customer credit in payment methods before expecting the Credit column to matter.
- Enable customer accounts in General settings if you want Create customer account and password reset to appear.
