Display Settings controls what guests see and whether new reviews skip moderation. Changes are not live until you click Save & Update.
- Show customer reviews on item pages (only reviews for that item show) publishes approved reviews on the matching booking-site item page.
- Automatically approve all reviews (not recommended) marks new guest and staff-created reviews as Approved immediately.
- Leave auto-approval off when you want to read comments before they appear publicly.
Tips
- Keep auto-approval off until you trust the volume and tone of incoming comments.
- Turn on item-page display only after you have a few approved reviews, so public pages do not look empty.
- Use participant follow-up when the paying guest is not the only person who attended.
