- Date range can be All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, or Last month.
- Rating can be All or 5 Star through 1 Star.
- Item can be All items or one catalog item.
- Status can be All, Approved, or Pending.
Tips
- Keep auto-approval off until you trust the volume and tone of incoming comments.
- Turn on item-page display only after you have a few approved reviews, so public pages do not look empty.
- Use participant follow-up when the paying guest is not the only person who attended.
