How to all Reviews tab
All Reviews lists review cards. Search matches customer name, item name, or review text. Filters opens a modal. Export As can download CSV, PDF, XML, or Excel. Each card shows the customer name, star rating, date submitted, item, comment, a Status dropdown, Edit, and Delete. Pagination can show 10, 25, or 50 reviews per page.

- Status can be Pending or Approved. Changing it on the card publishes or unpublishes that review immediately.
- Pending reviews stay off the public item page until they are approved, unless auto-approval is on.
- Delete removes the review from the list.
- The count line shows how many reviews match the current search and filters.
Tips
- Keep auto-approval off until you trust the volume and tone of incoming comments.
- Turn on item-page display only after you have a few approved reviews, so public pages do not look empty.
- Use participant follow-up when the paying guest is not the only person who attended.
